Had a great weekend outdoors. Went to the springs here in ATX on Saturday. I found a creek to explore on Sunday. This is it here in the pic. Very close to my house and I had no idea it was there. Swam in it and had a great day out in the sun. I did get burned though. Didnt hurt but I need to start wearing mode sunscreen do to having family history of Irish skin cancer. On Monday I went kayaking. My second time ever to do so on Town Lake. Also went on a hike. Enjoying the outdoors is a bit tiring so i slacked on blogging until today, Wednesday. I’ts unfortunate but its supposed to rain all day today so im getting some errands done and staying in doors. Gym soon and possibly indoor rock climbimg but we will see. Yesterday Tuesday, I trained back really hard. Been working on some private videos for some followers here. Dont forget I’ll be up on Skype today tonight and Friday for some chat.

Had yet another great weekend. I have been doing a lot of stuff outdoors. Temperature in Texas is on point for swimming. Been to the springs a coulpe times already. I needed a little sun as well. Its about time to take the top and doors off  ‘ol Brutus. Damn that arm pit tho.

Had a awesome day. First day since lasyt week where it was sunny. Got out and got a lot done. I knew I was destined for an amazing back day with my liftin’ bud. Had it all planned out and I executed it all. Super sweaty workout and I’m sure the people around me DID appreciate that I was not wearing deodorant. I have a great smell and I love it. Hit back super heavy and slow. Thats how you build dense mass. Not just mass that goes away after your pump dies down. Im talking about MASS that sticks to your Bones. Slow and steady wins the race. Tomorrow I am headed up to the best gym there is. I run up there 45 mins drive to House of Gains. Thats where I train Tuesdays and Thursdays. Also spend most of day there connecting with other like minded athletes there like myself. Worth the drive. I have drive.

Had a great weekend despite the weather that I already knew was going to keep me in doors. I had better workouts and focused on food and Netflix. I stepped out only for the gym and the grocery store. I had a great chest pump yesterday using my Fat Gripz that I hav’nt pulled out in a while. I have a video clip that will be out soon in my BULL PEN. Today I did legs and focused on outer quad. Great time sweated A LOT. I love cooking and meal prep and as I get older I am not willing to eat such boring food. Since I know what is healthy, I tend to find recipies I like and tweek them. I add more protien or maybe subtract some carbs, leave out this put in that and create my own meals that I am willing to eat and taste fuckin’ good. The rain let up now and looks to be a great week ahead. Be sure to sign up for my mailout. Whats everyone up to this weekend. Supposed to be raining ALL WEEKEND here in Austin. I love being out doors but it looks like thats not going to be the case here. Had a great leg workout yuesterday so Im a bit sore already. Maybe ill stay in and get on Skype. New video about to drop this weekend. Available already to followers who email me. Had agreat weekend. I went and played disc golf and I have not been to this course in 7 years. Wanted to see how it changed and it fuck it really has. They even put down stepping stone for the paths. Great day and good hike! All 18 holes were legit. Im glad to see theese upgrades have been made for such a good part of Austin.
